What iBookX does for its Member Booksellers
iBookX - The Internet Book Exchange serves solely to direct Buyers
to Booksellers. We do not take title to any Item that is listed on the iBookX.com
Web site. Regardless of our role in facilitating a transaction, the
transaction itself is solely between the Bookseller and the Buyer.
In order to accomplish our goals of attracting and retaining Bookseller Members,
and of finding new customers for those Bookseller Members:

We will promote the Web site to Book Buyers in order to maximize
site traffic and sales volume.

We will safeguard your personal information and your customers'
personal information.

We will continually enhance the Web site's functionality and
capabilities.

We will maintain fair, competitive pricing for our listing
services.

We will provide support to our members and their customers via email
and phone.

What's Expected of the iBookX Member Bookseller
Buyers must be able to rely on iBookX - The Internet Book Exchange to
direct them to reputable Booksellers. Therefore, it is expected that all iBookX
Member Booksellers will adhere to the following expectations:

The Bookseller will act with integrity and honesty and will provide
courteous service.

The Bookseller will only offer items that they have the legal
right to offer and sell.

All Contact information provided by the Bookseller will be
accurate and will be updated by the Bookseller, as necessary.

All Book, Edition, and Item descriptions provided by the Bookseller
will be complete and accurate.

The Bookseller will give special attention to the accurate and
full description of each item's condition.

All inquiries and orders sent to the Bookseller will be responded to
within 48 hours, even if the Item is no longer available.

Booksellers will treat their customers' personal information as
confidential and will take appropriate action to protect it.

All Items will be packaged for shipping in such a way that the
Item is protected from damage caused by typical handling.

Items that are "not as described" may be returned by the Buyer
and the Bookseller will refund all costs, including return shipping.

The Bookseller will keep their listings current. Listings of
Items no longer available will be promptly removed by the Bookseller.

The Bookseller is solely responsible for collecting and
reporting any required sales taxes and duties.

Flagrant or repeated failure to adhere to these expectations will
result in removal of the Bookseller's listings from the iBookX.com Web site and
the cancellation of their membership.
